Guided by data and global Social Impact best practices, each LEGASEA program is designed to connect, support and engage key industry stakeholders within specific areas of impact.
Whether it's cultivating a robust talent pipeline and circular knowledge economy, dissolving unconscious biasses through visual and verbal representation, further defining our landscape through quantitive and qualitative research or providing access to learning opportunities for empowered individuals and organisations, LEGASEA programs emphasise a holistic approach to yachting's collective Social Impact.

THE DEI PLEDGE
Creating united, industry wide change among all industry stakeholders. The Pledge is a joint commitment between LEGASEA and Signatories to embrace this challenge with passion and purpose. Guided by the Signatory Impact Program, 4 key resolutions are met ensuring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are embedded into industry practices and policies.
LEGASEA MENTORSHIP
Connecting passionate, career-focused Mentors, Mentee’s and peer’s from all sectors of the industry. An innovative, independent and collaborative 'industry first’. Designed to remove the ‘luck of the draw’, expand the talent pool, remove barriers and invest directly in the future of Yachting.
SPEAKER BANK
Releasing our collective intelligence calls us to ensure diverse backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints are brought to any conversation. No stakeholder benefits from an echo chamber. To ensure or industry events, press and conversations are relevant, meaningful and high impact, the Speaker Bank ensures all platforms have access to diverse, expert voices

RESEARCH & REPORTS
To create change, we must first intimately understand and define our landscape. Meaningful change must be relevant, monitorable and measurable. Identifying the unique challenges, risk’s and opportunities through quantitive and qualitative research enables all LEGASEA programs to be data backed and led, dynamic and high impact.
